Office Hours - Monday to Friday Noon through to 9 pm.
Fees For Services - I charge $150.00 for a 55 minute session (No G.S.T.) I can only accept cheques or cash. Receipts for insurance and tax purposes are issued at the end of each session.
Except for emergencies, I have a cancellation notice of at least 24-hours before a scheduled appointment otherwise the rate for the full session will be charged.
Please Note - Fees for Psychologists are not covered under the Medical Plan. If you have Extended Health Benefits from your Employer for Registered Psychologists then my services are covered by the amount offered through your plan. Please check your benefits.
